Onboarding Workshop Description:

This Workshop has been created to assist INNERGY Champions within a company in sharpening their INNERGY skills to get their organization onboarded. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will be in your instance of INNERGY.

This Workshop emphasizes finishing key Onboarding tasks, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and preparing to go live with certain Milestones in INNERGY when you get back to the office. 

The goal of the Workshop is to give you an overview of INNERGY start to finish, while emphasizing the critical path training needed to go live with Managing Opportunities, Managing Work Orders, Purchasing, and Time Tracking. Below is what you can expect will be covered during the workshop:

Prerequisites:

1. Ideally, you will attend the Workshop as part of your onboarding process.
2. INNERGY customers who have been with us for a while are more than welcome - in fact, feel free to send new employees to the Workshop for a crash course on INNERGY.
3. Ideally, your organization will have completed the Initial Setup Checklist and General Navigation homework.
4. It is suggested that you and your organization read “The Goal” by Eli Goldratt.

Objectives:

As a result of this course, you will leave our workshop with:

1. Action items to complete your Onboarding of INNERGY.
2. A plan for creating and maintaining SOP Documents.
3. Information needed to go live with certain Onboarding Milestones when you get back to the office.
4. A better understanding of the software and how the various modules connect with each other.

2. Confidentiality is a must! There may be instances where champions are sharing information with each other. It is imperative that we keep this a safe space.

Takeoff Workshop Description:

This Workshop has been created to assist INNERGY Estimators within a company in sharpening their INNERGY Takeoff skills. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will be in your instance of INNERGY.

This Workshop emphasizes learning the basics of takeoff to help prepare you to bid in INNERGY.

The goal of the Workshop is to help familiarize yourself with Takeoff in INNERGY and help you start bidding soon. Below is what you can expect will be covered during the workshop:

Please Note: This workshop spans 2.5 days. It will begin at 8:00 AM on Day 1, with sessions ending at 4:30 PM on both Days 1 and 2 and will conclude around noon on Day 3.
